We'll deliver the machine and walk you through how to use it. Super easy!!
We will also provide you with the proper premium mix for your event.
The next day we'll come to pick it up.

Choose the perfect location:
- It is best to be used indoors or in the shade.
- On rainy days the machine must always be covered.
- When using the frozen beverage machines outside, we can provide a 20ft extension cord that MUST be plugged into a dedicated outlet that's not used for other appliances. Otherwise, it may trip a breaker.
Take down:
- All you have to do is unplug it, and we will come back the next day to pick it up.
- The machine must not be relocated or moved to prevent damage to the machine.
*Unauthorized moving will result in a damage fee.
- It must always be kept upright.
- Same day pick up
*May result in an additional fee.
Preparation:
- If you plan to have more than 45 guests, we advise you to rent a second machine.
- We suggest two machines in severely hot weather conditions or for thirsty party guests.
- It is important to plan at least an hour before your event to allow enough time to freeze.
Our Mixes:
We can not guarantee a proper freeze of any other manufacturers' mix. You must only use our premium mixes. * Others may damage the machine.
